Support Options

Remote Internet Support

Computer Golf Consultants provides remote support to all its clients. This approach allows us to observe with you the issue. Because of its very nature we can be "on-site" almost immediately and help you with your issue. We can work together as we watch each other work on your computer. This service requires the customer to maintin a high speed connection to the internet as well as a static IP address.

On Site Support

Our Support Plans allow you to select the amount of on-site work to be performed. Most agreements call for one day per month. The customer pays all expenses for on-site support but the hourly rate is the same for all work performed. This rate is set by your agreement.

Our standard agreements are posted below. We have tried to post as many variations as possible but we realize that you may have special needs. We will be happy to meet with you and work out an arrangement that suits your special needs.

The local options apply to those companies that live within Twenty Five (25) miles of Computer Golf Consultants LLC address. The Car Travel Option applies to those clients that live more than Twenty Five (25) miles from Computer Golf Consultants LLC and less than Three Hundred miles from Computer Golf Consultants LLC. Any client living more that Three Hundred miles from Computer Golf Consultants LLC should select the Air Travel option. There is a requirement of a firm Forty Five (45) day notice for air travel, due to wide fluctuation in air fare as the booking to travel date window closes. All time in excess of the monthly agreement will be billed at $125.00 per hour plus expenses.
