MemberManager comes with a reporting module that is second to none. MemberManager comes with over 100 reports.

ACCOUNTING

MemberManager has a formal posting moment at the end of each day. In this way the membership office can review all information prior to posting to the General Ledger and member accounts. MemberManager contains reports for "pre-post" activity by office or by individual user. This allows the office to balance prior to posting. MemberManager then provides "post-posting" reports that confirm the posting by chart of account code. In addition there are General Ledger reports showing summary posting so that you can balance to the General Ledger after posting. This provides greater accuracy and fewer reversing entries.

AGING AND HISTORICAL AGING REPORTS

MemberManager creates and prints aging reports on both current and historical aging. In order to create an historical aging all payments and invoices prior to the requested date are removed from the report in order to show what the aging was on the requested date.

MEMBER ROSTERS

There are several member roster reports that select members by type of member as well as various type of information.

CARD PRINTING

MemberManager allows the printing of any kind of member card based on our custom printer drivers. These include the member picture, member type, bar code and magnetic stripe. RFID card printing is also available. Radio-frequency identification (RFID) is a technology that uses communication via radio waves to exchange data between a reader and an electronic tag attached to an object, for the purpose of identification and tracking. This ensures that demographic data will be available as members move throughout your community. This card with a member PIN allows your members to access any facility they are authorized to use.
