MMVoter insures that each member is entitled to the appropriate voting privileges based on their profile. MMVoter records where the member voted as well as which voting clerk handled the transaction. It is a secure database that divides the responsibility among tiered users. The voting clerk that records the vote is not allowed to make any changes except for the recording of the vote. If there is an error the clerk is allowed to request action by a judge to correct the mistake. Set up and configuration is allocated to the administrator of the system. Every action is recorded in this important process including log on, log off and every vote or correction.
