MMFacilities is the answer to access and the recording of each ingress and egress from each facility whether by an employee or member. Access is controlled by your community's settings. These settings can apply to groups or individuals.

Non-members, expired members or suspended members will be denied access. Attempts at use by those people is recorded automatically to allows resolution of their status.
