TeeSQL

CGS’s Touch-Tee Reservation application is a complete tee-time reservation solution that enables golf and recreation facilities to automate daily reservation operation and management functions. Reservations can be viewed by course, week or month to see current booked activity when booking for a tournament.

FEATURES/BENEFITS

Electronic Tee-sheet controls tee-times booking and allows for faster access to reservation information and tracking. TeeSQL provides Analysis reports at the end-of-day for any prior period. This includes all tee times from your first use of TeeSQL through future bookings.

Additional Credit Card authorization and collection through CGS’s merchant agreement provides a 3-5 second authorization via an existing TCP/IP Internet connection. TeeSQL allows for up to 250 Different Player Types.

TeeeSQL provides for a confirmed booking or a lottery request. Many courses (especially in closed communities) have more players than available tee times. TeeSQL provides the ability for your ocmmunity to run a fair lottery based on the rules of your community.

Resort Reservations

We can provide your community with the ability to allow local resorts or booking agencies to book your available tee times. This access is controlled by you and your community's rules.

Block Bookings

Block booking provides an easy method of booking tournaments and clubs including meals, prizes and other ammenities. Block Bookings also allows for the printing of the contract and statement.

Tele-TEE

The CGS Interactive Voice Response Reservation System allows for users to utilize their telephone to book a reservation or lottery request.

WebTimes

Web Times is a 24/7 “Real Time” reservation system provided to you and your members over the Internet. The combination of Tele-TEE and WebTimes creates a powerful and simplified system that allows the facility owner the control of reservation requests prior to the day of play and the management of the day of play check-in procedures.
