MemberManager

MemberManager is the core product of the MemberManager Suite. MemberManager is appropriate for large communities, HOA's, storage facilites, condominiums and other similar operations. MemberManager is at once the recorder of the activities of your membership and a billing module that will automatically invoice your membership on their appropriate due date. MemberManager posts to your General Ledger.

MEMBER PROFILE

MemberManager retains a complete profile for all members, including picture, birthday, gender and all pertinent information for each member.

PROPERTY BASED

MemberManager records all members past and present on the property within your community. If your policy is that all members who share a dwelling or property lose their privilege when one member is past due we can handle that. If each member stands alone then MemberManager will work for you in that manner.

AUTOMATIC GENERATION OF LATE FEES AND INTEREST FEES

MemberManager will generate late fees and interest fees nightly during posting. You can define up to three types of late fees and three types of interest fees as well as set rules for which invoice items are subject to those fees.

INTEGRATED BY DESIGN

Most communities have purchased various software packages that were never designed to work together. Properties are tracked in one system, members are tracked in another and golf privileges are kept in yet another system. DATA MINING

All invoices, payments, privilege cards and, yes, even deleted members are stored. And, unlike many software packages, MemberManager comes with over 130 reports to allow you to retrieve that data. And anything that can be reported can be exported to Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, CSV, XML or rich text.
