All Cards Are Printed And All Facilities Are Updated
When a new member comes into the Membership Office they are added to the property and billed according to user defined specifications. The bill is printed, the cards are printed and all facilities are notified of their membership and their privileges. And all this activity is posted to the General Ledger at the end of the day.
Privileges Are Instantly Transmitted To The Facilities
If they purchased a special card giving them special pricing or privileges on the golf course, tennis courts, bowling alley or other facility that information is immediately updated and they will be afforded those privileges immediately merely by presenting their card at the facility. It is instaneous, accurate and their usage of the facility is tracked from day one.
All Data Is Stored And Easily Accessible
All invoices, payments, privilege cards and, yes, even deleted members are stored. And, unlike many software packages, MemberManager comes with over 130 reports to allow you to retrieve that data. And anything that can be reported can be exported to Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, CSV, XML or rich text.
Know Your Demographics And Facility Usage
In order to get effective use of your facilities you must know the usage at each facility as well as the demographics of that usage. MemberManager comes with extensive reporting that can help management to make critical decisions about resource usage.
MMVoter Creates The Voter List, Mails Ballots And Records Votes
MMVoter links directly to MemberManager and updates the voter roster the on the last night of eligibilty. Management can now mail ballots or announcements based on accurate eligibility. As voters come in to vote MMVoter records that they were given a ballot. Security is a high priority with MMVoter. If a clerk makes an error, that error can only be reversed by a Judge. A complete transaction log is kept of every event in case of a contest of the election.
Posting To General Ledger
MemberManager posts to your General Ledger on a batch basis. Each item sold in MemberManager has five possible distribution accounts plus Accounts Receivable. This allows automatic handling of reserve funds and other allocations, rather than posting to a single account and manually journalling each sub allocation.
MemberManager Contains A Future Price For All Items
MemberManager provides a future price for all items that are sold. This neatly handles the problem of future billing in the month prior to board voted price increases. A new member can come in in the 12th month and pay the current amount, while the office can output bills for the next month with the increase included.
